LPDLY was invited to be apart of the LoveMall, put together by Durham’s own songstress Carlitta Durand. The event will feature clothing, jewelry and handbag designers, as well as visual and music artists from in and around the Durham, NC area. There’ll also be live body painting and wine tasting!
All three of our current designs are going to be available for purchase at our booth.
So mark your calendars and come check us out at the LoveMall, learn a little more about us, meet Mr. Crooked Marc himself and purchase one of our t-shirts! Unfortunately, I don’t think my 9-months-pregnant-self will be able to attend (though I soooooo want to).

Road Warriors — QC Bound!
Recently, Kashmere and I decided to hit the road and head to Charlotte, NC in an attempt to find some stores that would carry our brand. This was no easy task for a few different reasons: 1) We are both a little (scared) to approach a shop about carrying our line. What if they say no and tell us our stuff is wack? That could be damaging to a little clothing company’s ego! Not to mention our own. 2) Charlotte is about a 4 hour drive from where we are based. 4 freaking hours. I thought I was going to go crazy sitting in that car for so long. None-the-less, we made it there. No we didn’t find anyone to carry our product, but that was mostly because all the places that we wanted to visit were either closed, or the buyers weren’t available, but it was still a great trip. Here are some shots of a few things we saw on the way there. If you have never been, Charlotte is a beautiful city. Maybe a place we would consider moving our base of operations.
